Depression is a health ailment that affects the brain. When a person goes through depression, there is a certain abnormal change in behavior of the brain. This can be due to loneliness, depression, sorrow, genetic, hormonal changes, unhappiness and many more.
 Depression affects the real life routines, as a person face many problems such as inability to work, focus on study, have improper diet, sleep, and have fun, loneliness, marital problems, lack of social support, drug abuse, unemployment and many more.
